New field “Engineering Change State” in article master data
In the article master data for the material, the “Engineering Change State” can now also be maintained as additional information to article numbers and descriptions. This information can be requested by customers both in the delivery note and on goods tags.
New process for order requests and quotations
In the Supplier Portal, order requests and the return of quotations in response to these order requests can now be configured as a separate process. Order requests and the return of quotations are upstream processes for individual orders. In this process, suppliers receive a request for materials electronically, which can be answered via a quotation document. In the quotation, quantities, data and prices can then also be transferred or changed in relation to the request.
