
Display of administration tasks
Previously, administrators were informed about upcoming tasks, such as confirming registered users, using system notifications (number on the bell icon).
From now on, administrators can additionally see their open tasks at first glance in the menu item “START”. From here, they can also jump straight to the appropriate menu item for the task in question.

Substitution recommendation for administrators
If a user acting as an administrator in the “SEEBURGER Customer Portal” gets sick or is on vacation, his administrative tasks can only be performed by users with administrator rights.
For this case, at least two users should therefore be assigned administrator rights. This way, each of the administrators has a representative.
Administration > User Management > Users > Open user > Tab “User Settings” > Checkbox “Administrator”
Deletion of additional delivery notes possible
When requesting a license, additional delivery notes can be entered in the step “Article Details”. The associated articles are automatically displayed in the selection of available articles.
From now on, these additional delivery notes can also be deleted again. The associated articles will then also be deleted from the selection.
BIS License Manager > Button “Request License” > New/From existing license request > Step “Article Details” > Input field “Delivery Note Numbers”
