Error messages enhancement

The error messages in the SEEBURGER Customer Portal were enhanced to be clearer to users. It is now easier to find the error description and understand how to solve the error(s).

   The following refers to the app Administration:

Menu item “Reports”: changed display and additional information

From now on, the menu item “Reports” will always be visible in the app “Administration”. An additional information text now has been added for all users to clarify if extra permissions are necessary to see the company SLA reports in the menu item “Reports”.

System notifications for revoked permissions

Users of the SEEBURGER Customer Portal will now be informed via system notifications if some permissions have been revoked by their administrator. As always, system notifications can be viewed by clicking the bell icon in the upper menu bar.

“Cloud Shop”: Data processing agreement required for service bookings

It is now required to accept the “Data processing agreement” during service bookings in the “Cloud Shop”. The booking can only be proceeded if it is confirmed that all conditions and regulations have been read and understood. These documents form the contractual basis for the provision of the booked service.
