
System Monitoring
A new app is now available in the SEEBURGER Customer Portal: the “Service Monitor”. This app can be accessed via the start page in the app “Administration” in the new section “My Service Monitor: Current status”.
The current status of the SEEBURGER systems per customer number is displayed here using the traffic light colors: red, yellow or green. A link takes you to a detailed overview of the fault messages in the new menu item “System Monitoring”.
This new area is displayed to all administrators and can be assigned to other users via the menu item “Service Access” using the setting “User of ‘Service Monitor’ app”.

Process Monitoring
Another new menu item in the “Service Monitor” is “Process Monitoring”. Here, an overview of current and past error messages for message processing on the respective BIS systems that have occurred in the last 30 days is displayed for each customer number. If there is a need for customers to take action, they will also be informed of these error messages via email.

Support Tickets
The menu item “Support Tickets” was also added as part of the “Service Monitor”. This menu item contains an overview of current and past tickets that have been opened at the SEEBURGER Support. The tickets from the last 100 days are displayed in this overview.
