Peppol code lists version 8.5.1
The Peppol code lists used in the app “PEPPOL” for the creation of Peppol IDs and the “Document Profile” have been updated to the currently valid version 8.5.1.
Updated code lists:
- Document Types
- Participant Identifier Schemes
- Processes
- Transport Profiles
New with this update is that only codes with the status “active” or “deprecated” are displayed. Codes with the status “removed” are not displayed in the selection lists of the app. Codes that already have the status “deprecated” may still be used for existing entries, but should no longer be used for new entries. These codes can receive the status “removed” in the next phase and may no longer be used after the removal date. You can find the removal date as well as a detailed overview of all the changes in the code lists in general in the OpenPeppol change log.
When codes are marked with the new status “removed”, they are no longer available for selection in the app. The following codes from the code list “Participant Identifier Schemes” are marked with this status and can therefore no longer be used:
- 9906 – IT:VAT – Ufficio responsabile gestione partite IVA
- 9907 – IT:CF – TAX Authority
- 9908 – NO:ORGNR – Enhetsregisteret ved Bronnoysundregisterne
- 9955 – SE:VAT – Swedish VAT number
- 9958 – DE:LID – Peppol Routing ID
Some of the codes from the code list “Document Types” have also been set to “removed” – this applies especially to older versions of the XRechnung. Therefore these codes are also no longer available and cannot be used for the configuration of the inbound communication under “Document Profile” anymore. More information can again be found in the OpenPeppol change log.
The transport profile AS2 is also no longer available as an alternative to the default value AS4 when creating the “Document Profile” in the app. We have previously checked all entries to see whether the AS2 profile was still used.
Note: Before SEEBURGER imports new code lists, a check will be carried out in future to see whether a customer is using codes that have been given the status „removed“ with the new version. If this is the case, we will inform the customer and coordinate the further procedure with them.
Improved screen for Business Card details
When a user created or changed the information about the company website for the Peppol Business Card, until now it was not clear how the URL for the website has to be provided because the error text was not as helpful.
Now we have added an information on how the URL of the company website has to be provided and the error message has also been improved.
