Peppol November release
The Peppol November release 2023 is mandatory from Monday, February 26, 2024.
In the November release for Peppol Post Award are no essential changes. The changes belong to updates of codelists and the adoption of the EN-16931 validation artefacts version 1.3.11.
The validation artefacts version 1.3.11 are used in the outgoing validation on the Peppol Access Point for all document types which are related to the EN-16931 (CIUS or Extension).
Summarized here are the main changes that are relevant for the validation and creation of documents:
Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 version 3.0.16
- Removing validation rule identified as PEPPOL-EN16931-R006. This is because it duplicates the European standard rule UBL-SR-04, making it redundant and unnecessary.
Peppol BIS Other version 3.0.12 (OrderTransaction, …)
- Added order type codes 105 (Purchase order) and 402 “Intermediate handling cross docking order” as synonyms for 220 (order)
- Added EAS code 0218 Latvia
For non-Peppol Specifications like SI-UBL 2.0 (NL CIUS) or XRechnung the validation artefacts will also be updated. The new version of the XRechnung 3.0 is already implemented.
The validation artefacts will be fully updated for the Peppol Access Point outgoing validation.
