New “Compliance” menu item in the “Service Monitor”
Starting now, you will find the new menu item “Compliance” in the “Service Monitor”. This section includes two new features displayed in separate tabs.
Vulnerabilities register
This feature provides a list of known vulnerabilities in SEEBURGER Cloud services. It enables you to assess risks, monitor mitigation progress, and take timely action on vulnerabilities affecting SEEBURGER Cloud services and related components.
When opening the “Service Monitor”, an information banner at the top of the page will notify you of any active vulnerabilities.
You can find more information in our SEEBURGER Cloud Online Help.
Access history
This overview table provides full transparency about SEEBURGER employee access to your SEEBURGER Customer Portal accounts. Each entry shows the reason for access and the affected system. This feature fulfills key transparency requirements of the BSI C5 standard (Cloud Computing Compliance Criteria Catalogue) by documenting and disclosing administrative access to customer environments.
You can find more information in our SEEBURGER Cloud Online Help.
By default, this tab is visible only to administrators, who can grant access rights to other users if required.
You can find more information in our SEEBURGER Cloud Online Help.
The new features support compliance with the BSI C5 standard, enhancing transparency, risk management, and operational security in SEEBURGER Cloud services.
