
Start: information text added to “Upcoming Events”
To give you more information on the upcoming events, an information text was added to the section “Upcoming Events” in the menu item “Start”.
Administration > Start > Upcoming Events
Start: access to “Service Monitor”
From now on, you can access the app “Service Monitor”, whether you’re an administrator or a user. You can find a link to the app in the sections “My Service Monitor: Current Status” and “Upcoming Events” in the menu item “Start”.
The additional permission for users is no longer required.

Reports: overview enhanced with extra info
You can now better analyze the usage of your SLA reports with the columns “Last viewed at” and “Last viewed by” added to the menu item “Reports” in addition to the columns “Last downloaded at” and “Last downloaded by”.

Contact Us: UI redesigned for better visibility
The menu item “Contact Us” was redesigned to provide better visibility of the options available to contact us if you have any questions regarding your SEEBURGER services.
