Email notification for new reports
Until now, only administrators have been informed about new reports. From now on, an email about a new report created and available is sent to all users of your company who are assigned the permission “Report Recipient”.
Customer Portal > Reports
Menu item “My License Requests”: new column “Type” added
From now on, the overview “My License Requests” contains the column “Type” for the system type (Test System/Production System) to provide you with a better visibility.
BIS License Manager > My License Requests
New menu item “Event calendar”
In the app “Service Monitor”, you as administrator or user with the additional permission “User of ‘Service Monitor’” will from now on find the new menu item “Event Calendar”. Here you will find an overview of the planned maintenance events, updates and some certificate changes for the services you have booked. You can also see additional events i.e., those specific to your company or to you as a customer. Each event in the calendar has a description with further information.
Until further notice, we will not only display new events in the calendar, but will also continue to announce them via email. You can also find events in the calendar that have already been announced via email.
You can find more information in our SEEBURGER Cloud Online Help.
Service Monitor > Event Calendar
Menu item “Start“: Enhanced section for upcoming events
From now on, you as administrators or user with the additional permission “User of ‘Service Monitor’” will see a link to the app “Service Monitor“ in the section “Upcoming Events” in the menu item “Start“. From the app, you can then access the menu item “Event Calendar“.
As a user without the permission “User of ‘Service Monitor’” the link is not displayed to you in the section “Upcoming Events”, but you can still view all other information given in that section. The additional permission can be assigned to users by administrators.
