Activation of two-factor authentication
The security of your data is our top priority. In light of increasing cyber threats, we are implementing an additional security measure: The introduction of two-factor authentication (2FA) ensures that only authorized users can access their own accounts, even if login credentials fall into the wrong hands.
Key changes:
After entering your login credentials, you will automatically receive a one-time authentication code via email. This code is required to confirm your identity and access your user account. The authentication code is valid for 5 minutes. You can request a new code if needed.
You can mark your device as a “trusted device”, so you will only be asked for the 2FA code every 30 days. Of course, you can disable this trusted device feature at any time in your login screen.
If the email address of a company user needs to be updated, the company administrator can send a new invitation to that user with the updated email address.
