   The following refers to the SEEBURGER Customer Portal:

New global email address for the Data Privacy team

The Data Privacy team is now globally reachable via the new email address privacy@seeburger.com. This address replaces the previous datenschutz@seeburger.com mailbox. The team will continue to monitor the previous mailbox for a transitional period, but it will be phased out in the future.

Please use the email address privacy@seeburger.com for all future privacy-related inquiries.


New feedback function in the upper navigation bar

In the upper navigation bar, you can now access a new feedback function via the speech bubble icon, located directly next to the help icon.

This feature allows you to share your ideas, suggestions, or improvement proposals directly with our Product Management team. It is intended for general feedback on usability and enhancements—not for support requests or error reporting.

To submit feedback, enter a title, describe your input, and optionally attach a file. This way, you can actively contribute to the ongoing development of the SEEBURGER Customer Portal, which we highly appreciate.

   The following refers to the App Administration:

New section for legal information on the “Start” screen

A new section “Information & Policies” has been added to the “Start” screen of the “Administration” app, located on the bottom right. This section provides direct access to important legal information:

  • • Imprint
  • • Privacy Policy
  • • Terms of Use

Previously, these links were only available on the login page, meaning there was no direct access after logging in to the SEEBURGER Customer Portal. With this update, you can now access these important documents at any time.
