Functions for updating and deletion of Business Cards on Peppol Directory
Although publishing a Business Card in the Peppol Directory is not mandatory, we recommend publishing it as soon as receiving documents via a Peppol ID is intended.
In the past, changes or additions to receiving capabilities (document profiles) could occasionally result in the Business Card in the Peppol Directory not being updated as expected.
This behavior has been corrected. Changes to receiving capabilities now automatically trigger an update of the Business Card in the Peppol Directory, even if the publication status of the associated Peppol ID is already set to “PUBLISHED”.
An automatic update of the Business Card is now triggered in the following cases:
- • Addition of a new document profile
- • Modification of an existing document profile
- • Deletion of a document profile
