Information on the format change on April 3, 2024 – “MaKo” and “PARTIN” app
With the format change in market communication on April 3, 2024, the use case for PARTIN with the check identifier (PI) 37007 “Communication parameters” will change.
Since October 1, 2023, the AS4 communication parameters have been communicated to the market partners in a PARTIN with PI 37007. With the format change, this information will be removed and replaced by “Communication parameters for the inf. to a control command (API)”.
This data is only communicated to an MSB by a grid operator (NB), supplier (LF) or metering point operator (MSB). There is no communication of a PARTIN PI 37007 from or to other market partners.
If you have booked the PARTIN service and therefore have the MaKo app with the “PARTIN user” view, the information in the “Communication data” tab changes as follows:
– “AS4 Data” is only displayed for information purposes
– the block with the “Control Command Data” is new
This area is only displayed for users with the market roles who can send or receive a PARTIN with PI 37007 “Communication parameters for the inf. for a control command (API)” in the MSB role.

Note: In order to make the changed functions in the PARTIN available on time for April 3, 2024, we will install the change in the app on the productive system during the day on April 2, 2024. We would therefore like to draw your attention to the fact that for this reason it will NOT be possible to send a PARTIN with PI 37007 on April 2, 2024. Neither for the use case of the AS4 communication parameters valid until then nor, of course, for the new communication parameters for the control command, which may only be sent from April 3, 2024.
