Assets: Enhanced search, filtering, and sorting in connector groups
You can now search, filter, and sort connectors directly within a connector group. This makes it much easier to navigate large groups and quickly find the connector you are looking for. These functions are fully independent from the global connector overview, allowing you to navigate groups more efficiently without losing your context in the overview.
Key features:
- ⦁ A new search bar inside each connector group lets you quickly find connectors by name or short description.
- ⦁ You can filter connectors by category, helping you narrow down connectors based on their classification.
- ⦁ The search in the connector group view is independent from the search in the global connector overview:
- ∘ Your search results in the “Connectors” tab remain saved when you return from a group.
- ∘ Inside a connector group, you can use a completely separate search tailored to that group’s connectors.
- ⦁ The category filter dynamically adapts to the content of the group:
- ∘ Only categories that are actually assigned to connectors within the group are shown.
- ∘ If none of the connectors have categories, the filter menu displays “No categories available”.
- ⦁ The sorting options allow for better organization within the group.
- ⦁ Search, filtering, and sorting in the connector group view are completely independent of the connector overview:
- ∘ Your search results in the “Connectors” tab remain saved when navigating into and out of groups.
- ∘ Inside a connector group, you can use a separate and dedicated set of search, filter, and sorting tools tailored to that specific group.
Benefits:
- ⦁ Easily navigate even large connector groups.
- ⦁ Use meaningful category filters that always match the connectors in the group.
- ⦁ Keep your search results in the main connector overview intact while exploring groups.
- ⦁ Reduce time and clicks required to review or manage grouped connectors.
