New “collaborator” feature in CMA
With SP180, we are excited to introduce the new Collaborator Feature in CMA, enabling more efficient, transparent, and flexible teamwork on tasks.
What are collaborators?
Collaborators are additional UMS‑registered users who can support a main participant in completing their CMA tasks. They receive the same task‑related notifications and can access the participant’s task using the automatically generated task URLs.
Key benefits
- • Collaborate on one task: All collaborators can access and work on the same task using the participant’s task URL. Once the task is completed, it is finished for everyone—regardless of who completed it.
- • Shared visibility: Collaborators see the same data in the task and also receive the same emails and updates as the primary participant.
- • Transparent handover:Users can take over seamlessly and continue exactly where the previous user stopped.
- • Full traceability:The system logs who opened, took over, and completed a task, ensuring complete transparency and traceability.
You can find more information in our SEEBURGER Cloud Online Help.
Important notes
- • Only UMS users may have collaborators.
- • Collaborators must also be registered UMS users.
