
Edit email address for contacts
You can now edit the email address of your contract contacts directly in the contact details. An info banner reminds you that notifications for assigned contact roles will be sent to the updated address.
This option is not available for contacts with the “Service Desk Contact” role, as these are managed automatically.

Use external email domains for contacts
When creating or editing a contact, you can now use email addresses with domains that are not registered for your company — for example, for external partners or consultants. If the domain is not recognized, a warning displays your registered domains so you can double-check for typos.
