Change in the registration of document types and receiving capacities
In the configuration for document types, you can now manually set the activation date. This allows you to activate process profiles in advance. Before this date, your partners cannot use the process profiles.
The activation date applies separately to each newly activated process profile within a “Document Profile”. If you modify an existing “Document Profile”, the already active “Process Profile” keeps its original activation date. Only newly added process profiles receive the date from the new field.
This change affects:
- • The wizard for creating new Peppol IDs for “Bidirectional” communication
- • The manual configuration via the “Document Profile” tab on the right side

Optional publishing of the Business Card in the Peppol Directory
The wizard for the initial configuration of a Peppol ID for receiving and sending (bidirectional) has been updated.
Previously, you had to create and publish at least one “Business Card” during the configuration. Now, creating a ”Business Card” is optional. An appropriate selection option is available in the wizard.
If needed, you can still create and publish a “Business Card” manually via the “Document Profile” tab on the right side.
