Partial search in source & target trees

You can now perform partial text searches in source and target schema trees, making it easier to find schema elements while working with mappings.

Key features:

  • • Search for schema elements using partial matches within element names and contained data.
  • • Find matching elements regardless of where the search term appears.
  • • Search in both source and target schema trees.
  • • Search results update dynamically as you type.
  • • Quickly navigate large and complex schema structures by focusing on relevant elements.

Find schema elements faster without having to know their exact names. This makes it easier to work with large schemas, reduces search time, and helps you build mappings more efficiently.

Expanded tree filtering for source and target trees

Filtering capabilities for source and target schema trees have been expanded to help you focus on the schema elements that matter most while working with mappings.

Key features:

  • • Filter both source and target schema trees.
  • • Show only fields with data or only fields without data.
  • • Show only mandatory fields or only optional fields.
  • • Combine multiple filters to tailor the tree view to your needs.
  • • Enable or disable filters at any time and see the results immediately.
  • • Existing mapping behavior remains unchanged.

When working with large and complex schemas, filters help you to quickly focus on the elements that are relevant to your current task. This makes navigating schema trees easier and helps you work more efficiently.

Qualifier-based representation for EDIFACT and X12 structures

EDIFACT and X12 message and schema structures now display qualifier-based labels instead of generic positional labels such as #1 or #2. This makes working with these messages easier and more intuitive.

Key features:

  • Segments in EDIFACT and X12 messages and schemas show qualifier information (for example segment name plus qualifier values such as DTM+137) instead of numeric placeholders.
  • • Qualifier-based labels are shown in schema trees and related hover popovers.
  • • If qualifier information is unavailable, the UI falls back to the traditional positional representation.
  • • Multiple qualifier values are supported where applicable, for example TAX+3_AAB.
  • • Existing mappings remain fully compatible with this enhancement.

Meaningful qualifier labels help you understand EDIFACT and X12 messages and mappings more quickly than generic position numbers. This improves readability and makes message structures easier to interpret.

Versioning of flows

Versioning allows you to manage changes to flows in a controlled and transparent way. It improves reliability, supports testing, and lets you return to a previously deployed version if required.

Key features:

  • • Select the type of change you made (patch, minor, or major). The version number is updated automatically.
  • • Add a version comment to document your changes (optional).
  • • Deploy any existing flow version, not just the latest one.
  • • Create a version now and deploy it later, or create and deploy a version in a single step.

Benefits:

  • • Traceability: You can track when changes were made, what was changed, and which version of a flow is currently deployed.
  • • Reliability: If a deployed flow version causes issues, you can revert to a previous version.
  • • Controlled testing: Changes can be implemented and validated without affecting production flows.
  • • Collaboration: Documented versions help people coordinate changes and avoid conflicts.

Simple Mail Connector (send only)

You can now use the Simple Mail Connector to easily configure a way to send simple email notifications such as alerts, confirmations, or status updates directly from within the Integrator Workspace (IWS) platform using standard SMTP settings. This eliminates the need for external email tools and reduces complexity.

Key features:

  • • Define recipient(s), subject, and message body for emails.
  • • Attach files to emails.
  • • Each sent email is logged with timestamp, recipient, and status.
  • • Validates email addresses before sending.
  • • Sends emails with an IWS email address.
  • • Allows stopping sending emails to specific addresses through configuration.
  • • Starts with support for plain text emails.

This connector simplifies sending email notifications without complex setup or additional external tools, saving you time and reducing maintenance efforts.

OAuth support in Azure Blob Connector

The Azure Blob Connector now supports OAuth authentication methods to enhance security and align with recommended cloud practices.

Key features:

  • • Support for the “OAuth 2.0 – Authorization Code” grant type
  • • Support for the “OAuth 2.0 – Client Credential” grant type

This update enables you to connect securely to Azure Blob storage by using OAuth, which is the recommended authorization method for Microsoft Azure cloud services. It improves the security and flexibility of access authorization.

Assets: Support for YAML connector uploads

You can now upload OpenAPI specifications in YAML format when creating or updating connectors in the “Assets” menu item. In addition to JSON, the Integrator Workspace now supports YAML files, making it easier to work with OpenAPI documents in their native format while ensuring full compatibility with Integrator Workspace functionality.

Key features:

  • • The connector upload UI now supports OpenAPI specification files in YAML formats, in addition to JSON.
  • • Connector files in YAML format are now validated against the same OpenAPI validation schema that is already used for JSON uploads.
  • • All existing connector functionality, including Swagger UI rendering, connector grouping, and usage in IWS flows, fully supports connectors uploaded in YAML format.

Benefits:

  • • Upload OpenAPI specifications in their native YAML format without converting them to JSON.
  • • Work more easily with connector definitions from different API providers and sources.
  • • Continue using all existing connector capabilities with YAML-based connectors.

You can find more information in our Integrator Workspace Help.

Hover support in EDIFACT and X12 raw message view

You can now view contextual information directly in raw EDIFACT and X12 source and target data, helping you better understand segments and elements without leaving the message view.

Key features:

  • • Hover over segments and elements in raw EDIFACT and X12 messages to view schema-related metadata and descriptions.
  • • Hover information is consistent with the details shown for schema tree elements.
  • • Complex nodes are supported and display the same type of contextual information.

Access relevant schema information directly while working with raw EDI payloads. This helps you understand segment and element details more quickly, improving mapping accuracy and reducing errors.

Display documentation and additional information for schema elements

You can now view documentation and additional information for schema elements directly in the source and target schemas, helping you better understand the purpose of each field.

Key features:

Documentation is displayed in a popover for schema elements.

The popover includes:

  • • Documentation is displayed in a popover for schema elements.
  • • The popover includes:
    • ∘ Name
    • ∘ Path
    • ∘ Type
    • ∘ Minimum and maximum occurrences
    • ∘ Value
    • ∘ Detailed documentation
  • • Documentation is always provided in English.

View contextual information about schema elements without consulting external documentation. This helps you better understand schema fields and create mappings more efficiently and accurately.

Multi-file schema upload

You can now upload schemas that consist of multiple files, such as EDIFACT or UBL schemas. This makes it easier to work with schemas that use import or include references.

Key features:

  • • Upload multiple schema files at once.
  • • Supported file types: .json, .xsd, and .seexsd.
  • • Uploaded schemas are available for selection when creating or editing mappings and when configuring mapping activities.
  • • Complete schema structures are available in the source and target panel trees of your mappings.

You can work with complex schemas more easily without manually combining files or restructuring schema dependencies.
