
Contact management
We would like to inform you about an important and positive update: From now on, administrators can independently manage and maintain contacts for their company in the SEEBURGER Customer Portal.
In the corresponding menu items, you will see the contacts stored at SEEBURGER. You can edit these contacts or add new ones. Additionally, you can also add people who are not registered in the SEEBURGER Customer Portal as contacts.
These contacts are contract-related, meaning they are the contacts you provided during the contract signing process for the respective roles. More contact roles are planned for the future.
With this new option, we can improve communication between SEEBURGER and your company by ensuring that the correct contact person is informed in case of inquiries.
